Small screen beauty Hina Khan, who was last witnessed in the most popular reality show Bigg Boss 11, has created a special niche as a ‘fashionista’. The actress who was also recognized as TV’s most loving bahu for a period of 8 years has altered her image completely.
Recently, the 30-year-old hottie also became a part of the most coveted Lakme Fashion Week and set the ramp on fire on Friday. She became the showstopper for Kolkata based designer and was looking stunning.
During the media talk, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai girl was questioned if it was a fitting choice to not repeat dresses on Bigg Boss 11.
To this, she stated, “It wasn’t about nightwear, it was about wearing different clothes. I don’t know what went into my mind and I decided I don’t want to repeat things in Bigg Boss. I did my bit and it kind of worked out for me. It was a wise decision to do what I did.”
“A lot of people tell me that I’ve this La La Land where I live. I want to live the way I want to, I want to dress up the way I want to. So it just came in my mind that I’m not repeating clothes, so I’m not repeating clothes,” Hina also said.
She even disclosed that the mastermind Vikas Gupta, who is currently her beloved friend, used to describe her ‘Pooh’ (character donned by Kareena Kapoor Khan) from Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham for her this custom.
“Vikas used to call me Pooh sometimes, you’re like one Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham ki Pooh- repeat nahi karungi clothes,” she revealed.

On setting her image as a fashionista, Hina chuckled and replied, “Bigg Boss gave me a chance to show my fashion side. First Khatron, but Khatron was more of a sporty kind of a show. Most of the time we used to wear sporty clothes. But Bigg Boss for that matter gave me a bigger platform where I could show people that we can look different, dress differently and it can look good on us.”
