R.I.P! 8 stars who bid adieu to the world in 2017
2017 had been a sorrowful year for Bollywood industry and for the cinema lovers as well. While many celebrities became proud parents, many great legends left the world.

1- Om Puri:

The Veteran Actor of Bollywood Om Puri, 66 years old, was a well-known personality who has shocked all of us by his sudden demise. The actor has achieved great fame not only in Bollywood but also in Pakistani and Hollywood movies.  The fans along with other fellow personalities were in great shock to hear about the sudden demise of the veteran actor Om Puri. The Film Fraternity had bid him final goodbye on 6th January 2017.

2- Shashi Kapoor:

Veteran Bollywood Actor Shashi Kapoor took his last breath on 4th December. He died at the age of 79 after the prolonged illness. The entire nation is still in shock. His contribution to the Bollywood Industry was remarkable. With films like Sharmelee, Kabhie Kabhie, Roti kapda aur Makaan, Silsila, Namak Halaal, etc he won the hearts of millions.

3- Vinod Khanna:

Born on 6th October 1946 the dashing Vinod Khanna died on the 27th date of April 2017. He was 70.  He was an actor of charm and a heartthrob of Indian Cinema. The actor was suffering from Cancer for long. Continuously battling for the life with the threatening disease cancer he, at last, gave up

4- Reema Lagoo:

Reema Lagoo, the popular Bollywood actress in films and Television  passed away due to cardiac arrest in Mumbai city on 18th May 2017.  It was truly shocking news for all the entire Bollywood fraternity. The actress had not even suffered from any kind of health problems. Her health was totally fine but, the actress had a sudden cardiac arrest.

5- Sitaram Panchal:

Bollywood actor Sitaram Panchal passed away on 10th August after battling for 3 years with lung and kidney cancer. The 54-year-old actor had made his Bollywood debut in 1994 with Bandit Quee and is known for some spectacular roles in many bollywood films like Peepli Live, Slumdog Millionaire, and The Legend of Bhagat Singh.

6- Inder Kumar:

The 44-year actor suffered a heart attack at his residence in Four Bungalows, Andheri, Mumbai at around 2 am on 28 July. The news shook the entire nation as he was too young. He was  best known for playing supporting roles in Hindi films such as WantedTumko Na Bhool PaayengeKahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye. 

7- Tom Alter:

Veteran film and television actor Padma Shri Tom Alter passed away on 30th September at the age of 67 after battling with stage four skin cancer. He had been a part of over 300 movies and numerous television shows. Tom played role in films like Satyajit Ray’s Shatranj Ke Khiladi (1977), Manoj Kumar’s magnum opus Kranti (1981) and Raj Kapoor’s Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985). He also co-founded Motley Productions with Naseeruddin Shah and Gilani in 1979.

8- Ram Mukherjee:

Ram Mukerji was a well-known director, producer and screenwriter prominently in Hindi and Bengali cinema. He took his last breath on October 22.
