9 Bollywood Flicks Of Akshay Kumar That Never Reached Theaters
Akshay Kumar is delineating resourcefulness in the Hindi film industry as the artists have attempted his hands on the majority of all sorts of flicks and are today enlightening us with communally relevant films.
Some of the actor’s flicks, which got shelved are as follows –
  • Parinaam – Akki had inked this movie during 1993 with Divya Bharti and before it could hit theaters, the actress expired and the movie got shelved forever.

  • Jigarbaaz – In addition to Akki this 1997 movie had Jackie Shroff, Manisha Koirala, Mamta Koirala, Amrish Puri and Bindu. But the flick got shelved for unknown causes.

  • Purab ki Laila Paschim Ka Chailla – The 1997 movie featured Akki, Sunil Shetty, and Namrita Shirodkar got finished completed but never reached theaters.

  • Mulaqaat – The 1999/2000 movie got shelved during the shoot.

  • Khiladi vs Khiladi – In the year 2001, he inked another episode to his mega-hit Kihaldi series, the movie was being helmed by Umesh Rai and got deferred for reason totally unidentified.

  • Rahgeer – It was thought to be a sequel to Dev Anand’s movie Guide and was being helmed by Ritupurno Ghosh with Akki and Vidya Balan in the main characters. Not much was heard about it after the movie was declared, and when the hearsays of the movie being canceled came out, it was waved off however the film was eventually never completed.

  • Saamna – It was produced in 2006. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, it featured Akki, Ajay Devgan, Nana Patekar, Ritesh Deshmukh, Urmila Matondkar, and Mahima Chaudhry. Rajkumar Santoshi deferred it owing to its controversial nature.

  • Aasman – This was supposed to be a sequel to Akshay Kumar, Lara Dutta, Sanjay Dutt, Zayed Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Blue and was due to release in 2010. Apart from retaining the original cast the film, there were newer additions like John Abraham, Neha Oberoi, and Sonal Chauhan. After the announcement, the film never really took off.

  • Chand Bhai – The 2012 flick was believed to the tale of a youngster who wished to become a gangster. The movie was being helmed by Nikhil Advani and had Akki and Vidya Balan as main actors, however, it never actually continued from the declaration stage.
