Students from Coimbatore Created a Record Smashing Portrait of Abdul Kalam using Paper Cups!

The name of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam remains in the history of India forever and ever. He is one of the most prominent personalities in India who don’t have any kind of haters each and every part of the country. Abdul Kalam died in the year 2015 and left everyone with sadness. Even after the death of Missile Man, his achievements and words remained in the hearts of all the people across the world. The students from Camford International School from Coimbatore have given a great tribute to this prominent personality.
The prevalent tribute made each and every individual proud in the world. A total of 167 students made use of 2, 35,000 disposable paper cups and turned it into an enormous portrait of Missile man. This immense portrait of Abdul Kalam covered a total area of 981 square metres. After placing such a portrait, the students have later sent the video of this gigantic portrait to Guinness World Records. APJ Abdul Kalam’s portrait in Coimbatore has now become a sensation in the city. The students have started doing this portrait and completed in just 4 hours of time using an expert team of organisation. The team of students who had designed this portrait have worked quite hard in several rehearsal sessions so as to make this great portrait. They have organised the rehearsals among different groups and assigned particular tasks for different groups.
The correspondent of the school management told that the reason behind selection of Abdul Kalam is that he had given all the students an exceptional place for all the students in his heart.
